  Secret Owl: Modernize: answer says to contact via email, I did and asked them to call, still waiting! No suprise, they answer to negative comments for present only. BUYER BEWARE! 1) MAJOR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS TO START. 2) BURNS THROUGH BATTERY IN A WEEK. 3) CHARGED FOR A 2ND DEVICE & EVEN IN MY MOMS NAME. 4) COMMITED FRAUD BY CHANGING THE NAME ON AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT HER ACCOUNT, NOT HER DEVICE & NOT IN HER NAME. REFUSED TO REFUND!! 5) VERY CONDESCENDING, RUDE PEOPLE WHEN ASKING FOR A MANAGER. 6) TIME INVESTMENT 40 50 60 PLUS HOURS, WEEKS OVER MONTHS TIME. 7) NEVER CALLS BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO. 8) UNBELEIVABLE LIES, CAUGHT IN LIES AND THEY CAN NOT EVEN HANDLE OR KEEP TRACK, HANDLE A PROBLEM AND REFUSES TO CONNECT TO A THE NEXT LEVEL MANAGER. This company double billed my 85 year old mother after her stroke. Even after 5 or 6 months of calling, they were still charging her credit card. After I got involved, I discovered they were charging her for two devices. Even after her ONLY ONE device was no longer on, they still continued to bill for TWO devices and the icing on the cake was when they claimed to be monitoring her on two devices, which it begged the question on how that is possible if she only has one device that stopped working 6 months ago. This borderlines on elder abuse and as of this writing, they still were charging her credit card on a fixed income elderly. Just got John Walsh email and CEO of company , next is BBB.

  Lynn Bennett: Very disappointed with Greatcall. They deactivated my mothers devuce without notifying me. Now I have to compketely reactivate. Pay a fresh activation fee and nobody in customer service or technical help can figure out hoe I set up the acc since . My mom's smartphone number is already in the system.

  Matt P: confusing mess, Lively had 2 apks to work together?? Pairing device to app/phone is a joke and is constantly disconnecting. Horrible apk, must be fixed for easier use and increasing player friendliness. I'm very computer literate and the 2 apk thing is confusing to me. This is intended for elderly and disabled, they forgot about that. Hot mess.

  Ed Webb: First one didn't work. Nor the 2nd one. They told me to buy fresh batteries. Did but still not working. Waiting for 3rd. They told me to return old ones but didn't send return postage paid envelope. $50 by UPS.

  A Google user: Very disappointed. Battery lasts less than a week and mother unable to change battery. Family not local so unable to change that frequently. Companion apk does not sync data. Only data updated is calls to 5 star. Will search a various device/service.
