  Ed Campbell: Latest year i was diagnosed with cancer and had to have my tongue completely removed. Due to very limited speech capability I downloaded this apk to ebook my rides to and from the hospital and doctor appointments. It worked good for a tiny while but now it's beautiful much functionally dead. When trying to ebook or cancel reservations all I receive is system error messages. Basically all it does now is let me to see my upcoming reservations. Thank you for taking a perfectly awesome apk and ruining it.

  Lena Williams: Method easier than calling in! Being able to schedule a trip without the long wait of calling in is a BLESSING. Just want the email notification would tell you trip approved or there's an problem. My only complaint. Instead you must log back in and search the trip date, it's a true pain. Otherwise I truly appreciate this apk!!!

I called customer help and they said they were aware and we're working on a fix but that was over a year ago and nothing has changed. I really prefer this apk over the site but it never wants to work and when it does work it works excellent but it's never constantly working

Then it kept telling me I couldn't log in so I uninstalled and reinstalled and got a fresh promo code 3 various times and it still tells me "uh oh can't log in", so maybe when they receive the bugs worked out I will test it once more, until then I will just call.

  Natalie Gilbert: They come to transport you when they feel like it, even when you've scheduled drop-off and pickup in advance. When you call customer service, they put you on keep forever and continually hangup. Also, the driver lies about coming to pick you up when they never came. Most importantly, when you call in to schedule appointments, write your confirmation numbers in the same notebook. You'll need them for proof when lied to and for filing complaints. Never, never call the driver to pickup. Always arrange in advance or through the apk!
