  Trent Nielsen: Thank you for bringing this back! Most of the good melody and levels are back. There are some decent heroes as you progress into Normal and Hard levels too. Haven't gotten to endless either. Good mini game for your smartphone and definitely suggest playing with your headphones on.

  Richard Southern: Like the original, except on your smartphone Good mini game and I've missed it for the latest few years. It's very much like Lumines II actually except the taller screen (portrate orientation) makes it feel a bit more like Tetris. Otherwise, it really captures the fun and challanges of the original.

  Jessie Whiley: My Pocket Will Never Be the Same This is a superb looking and sounding and PLAYING mini game of Lumines. I, for one, love the method this one feels. The touch controls were a excellent fit after only a few mins of play. I think the devs did a unbelievable job. I have been a fanatic of this series since I purchased a Japanese PSP just to play it. This, in all honesty, is a MUST HAVE. Just give yourself a few mins to become acclimated to the controls. I LOVE THIS.

My only request is that you speed up the touch interaction a bit (it feels like there's a tiny bit of delay) and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring CONTROLLER SUPPORT! This is a mini game that was originally MADE for controllers, and the input of a controller for this is second to none! It's not even that hard to implement (based upon the coding I've done in past mini games); a handful of ways and you're SET. PLEASE BRING CONTROLLER SUPPORT!

  Andrew Minter: This mini game plays very well on the smartphone. I do create mistakes sometimes because it's a tiny harder to control on a smartphone. I'd love to see more skins added though. On Xbox I had dozens and didn't mind one bit earning and paying for them.

  John Escobedo: Control is good, you do need to master it though. Once I did I was pulling off combos I should never do with a mini game pad. I still have my PS2 as of 2017 just to play this and play it on Steam and PS Vita. This is a welcome addition for any fanatic of Lumines.

  I have been playing LUMINES since the mini game was released on PSP. I am thrilled Shinin' is back and I really have fun the downloadable content (particularly so far the Rez content!) For customers frustrated with the content not working, all you have to do is go to options (the gear icon), press help (the question tag icon) and press Restore. After a few mins, you could be able to play the Rez content if you purchased it and were unable to access this. I hope a lot of more downloadable content packs are released, especially more from Mondo Grosso. Would be interesting to see however if Kid of Eden's soundtrack will be next. Some multiplayer online options would be good. This was done on Xbox LIVE's Lumines mini game, though it wasn't so effective. Also, I miss some of the original Lumines avatars and hope they will be released in the future. Nevertheless, phenomenal mini game and so good to see Lumines back!

The only reason this mini game has a score below 4.0 is because a lot of morons cant be bothered to activate the DLC in settings and post low scores here when they cant access it. Idiots! Also other group of morons have lemons for phones and complain that the mini game is buggy. Set your graphics to low you peasants! Stop downvoting this good mini game! Kevin Chiang and Johnny Mercier are dumb, dont pay attention to their reviews.

  no bear: The addiction is back! Hundreds of skins and a few fresh mechanics makes this the greatest waste of time I've had the pleasure of playing on a smartphone. For 3 bucks you're getting a mini game that used to be 20-35 dollars "back in the day". Don't allow the controls scare you! Once you receive into the flow, your complaints will just conclude in an make batter in hardware rather than a complaint on this attractive classic.
