Lianna Novitz: Love! Groundbreaking for improving access to mental health services! So simple to begin therapy, unlike the normal process (calling member services, getting redirected multiple times under Kaiser). I exclusively use the mobile apk to do activities, which makes it simple to stay on top of assignments (I'm always on my smartphone, duh.) The feedback loop (#/total exercises completed) motivates me to do activities/watch the lessons before sessions. Love that Lyra works with employers to pay for spouses too

TJ Davis: I receive gratis sessions with Lyra through Starbucks. However, when I go to download the apk, I receive an error that says Starbucks doesn't help the apk. Why can't I use the apk if my lyra acc is through Starbucks? That sort of defeats the purpose of the benefit since the browser doesn't run very well on my smartphone. The browser on PC will not pull up my check-ins no matter what I do.

Walt Seefeld: The tool, itself, has a few problems, but it's a portal to the content and the people and the workflow. I've tried another systems, and I personally think this one is perfect! The treatment tool is so awesome that it's more than worth it to work around a few tool frustrations. The largest one is that the apk and the site have very short timers for logging you off. It often happens WHILE I'm interacting with a notice or a check-in, throwing away everything I've said. It's discouraging.

Amanda Schellenberger: Very slow and frequently crashes. My laptop is almost a decade old and can barely handle being off the charger, but can handle the desktop Lyra website better than a year old smart smartphone can handle the apk.
