Move One Million (M1M) is a nonprofit organization and 100% gratis service to bring movement and togetherness to humanity. At the top of every hour everyday, Move One Million will broadcast across the world the official 2.5 min M1M Routine with Chris Powell and his everyday guests, followed by a brief mindfulness exercise. The entire broadcast is less than 5 mins, and will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and positive! THE MISSION The mission of Move One Million is to standardize movement and mindfulness in our culture, giving every human the access to move everyday, reduce stress, and feel connected with others for improved physical, mental, and social health. After just a few practice routines, you’ll be a pro :) MOVE WITH US DAILY M1M is broadcast at the top of every hour, every day. Join any broadcast, anytime.
