M2M In Motion’s ELD is a strong but simple to use tablet-based service certified with US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Security Administration (FMCSA) regulations for electronic logs and car inspections. Regulations for electronic driving and car inspection logs have become commonplace to ensure the veracity of driver smartphone input and ensured compliance with regulations. M2M In Motion’s ELD is compliant with federal and state regulations as well as Canadian regulations. A key differentiator for M2M In Motion’s ELD is the ability to help numerous Android device smartphone brands. An owner-operator, for example, can purchase an inexpensive Android device smartphone or use his/her phone and be fully compliant using VisTracks Hours of Service. In addition, a few ELD hardware brands are supported, including name brands such as CalAmp, Geometris, and Digi as well as another brands throughout a broad price range. Other differentiators contain: - Enhanced and Customized Inspections - Unlike another providers, out portal’s log grid clearly shows violations - Slip Seat and Squad Driving - Offline help – disconnected operation - Automatic retry for loss of connectivity with the ELD - Two-way integration of portal edits with the device including full edit logging - Fully integrated portal backend for driver dashboard at home office, feature rich, fully synchronized with smartphone and all HOS product options - Ability to control smartphone settings from the portal, such as disabling driver log edits on the smartphone by the driver - Ability to filter log edit reports on portal by consistent codes from a drop down menu—not accessible on another products which only help free-form entries of reasons for an edit which are difficult to sort by and track - Simple to use, minimal training needed, on-screen documentation to minimize errors and help costs - Simple to use administration programs for acc, car and driver management - IFTA

  • A Google user: it's awesome apk but I have 1 recomendation- I belive it is hard to create the day and night screen to change depends on the time place and when outside the sun begin to rising up like a GARMIN GPS. But PLEASE just give us a choise witch screen to select. I'm driving night time mostly and 6am when the screen switch to day mode my smartphone distracting and blinding me.
