  I am Me: I really look forward to reading the everyday exercises. it helps, the positive effects are enlightening to a degree and it is just pleasant reading. it would be nice to see more options another than just journal entries for feedback on the everyday content. either method, it is a very pleasant apk.

  Suzanne K Gano: this is probably my favorite application I've downloaded it's incredibly helpful and it's a good method to Daily practice well-being and awareness of the self. highly suggest, I absolutely love it! the only criticism I have is that I hate that you have to pay for an make batter which I'm not going to do which limits my ability to really receive the full attributes of the apk but another than that it's a really good everyday self-help apk I just want you didn't have to pay for an make batter which is stupid.

  bryanna graham: it's a good apk, just want it had various levels of difficulty. I even upgraded since it was .99 a month but like I still receive low difficulty challenges. I guess I shouldnt really be angry at that but like I paid for it. I'll just cancel now though. good another wise though!!!

  Ash Brown: I love this apk! Im very much enjoying the prompts, and the consistent use is shifting me into a mindset of using life as learning. However! I have one large complaint. I work nights, so the day centering around 6pm is very inconvenient. The challenge goes away at midnight, but my day doesnt end til 4am. I very frequently dont receive to do my journal and wrap up for each lesson, which frustrates me.

  Jaxdia: I wish to give more stars..because the content and tasks are good for teaching yourself to look inward abd to assist change the things i dont see or have not seen in. love this app..it really has helped to " stalk" myself..but it is not saving anything in my journal..i cannot receive back to the tasks after a certain time..sometimes its method past 6 PM when i finally receive back to finish them..and they are gone. Any thoughts would be helpful..i wish to be able to read over them to see how far i have come.

  Lizzy: Yes, this apk makes you think and see things differently, sometimes. And sometimes the challenges are completely bonkers. The descriptions and quotes are completely random and don't always relate to the challenge, so what's the point of adding that?
