  Rachel Workman: I've been following Andrea, the developer of this apk for over 2 years and absolutely LOVE her workouts and the tool she's developed! I'm a busy mom of 4 and I required something that would be easily available, mindful of my time and effective! I love that I just have to log on to the apk for my workout daily and everything I need, including all the instructional videos and modifications (if required) are right there for me.   Andrea Lawson: Love the workouts Andrea tools for each day! I've been using her tool for a few years now and have enjoyed getting stronger. It's so nice to be able to easily calculate your macros and then follow the meals plans included on the apk. I did encounter a few problems with the demonstration videos not always working, but they were good at getting things working properly and listening to my concerns. Definitely suggest this apk and workout tool!

The workouts are super intense which I loved for results, but also have accommodations provided for any level including pregnant women. Also, from time to time, Andrea invites all apk players to an in person workout which is super good and fun!!   Geri May: I have been a part of the Mamele community for three weeks, I say community because it feels like Andrea is right there with me as she goes through each exercise. Within my first 20 days I have lost six pounds, my goal was five in the first month and I have exceeded that thus far. Although I had not set an inches goal, realistically I was thinking 6 to 8 inches, but I have lost 11 inches in 20 days. Thank you Andrea for creating this good apk, Mamele has me on track!

It's been such a good workout so far! I was having issues the first week with the in-app videos not working, and the owner and help squad were incredibly helpful and fast with their responses to assist me out. It ended up being a trouble on my end, but the squad was still super helpful and patient working with me to figure it out!

It's nice not having to worry or plan what you are going to do for a workout (cause honestly I don't know much about making my own workouts lol!), so i can wake up and have a various workout ready every day - with videos on exactly how to do it.
