  Andrew Chan: Very awesome apk. I should not receive the otp but 5 mins later, it works. This apk makes it so convenient to connect with my regular doc. But simple connection does not mean he has to answer immediately when i teleconsult him. I cannot expect him to drop everything to answer to me just like i do not answer immediately to my wife sometimes when in meeting. I actually asked my doc about the response time. He assured me he saw it but response time depends. On the whole, my experience was very awesome.

I had diarrhoea and was scared to go to the clinic in case I had to use the toilet on the method there so the tele doctor is just what I required I should receive consultation right from my sofa.   Sithra Devi: I physically went to clinic near my home, in much pain and was told to wait. Cancelled registration close to an hour and returned frustrated, unwilling to wait any longer. My son recommended trying E-consultation and assisted to set-up the apk and within 5mins had seen doctor. This is so welcoming if its not for emergency matters. If had known earlier should have saved all my past waits at clinics. Doc was super nice, straight to the point and pleasant, for 1st timer, this is good experience
