Should so with a "follow up" screen for later - like did the relief way work, how's pain now etc? Would be good if you should set a reminder time for it as well!

  Positive Qi: I am a pain practitioner and interview numerous patients with pain and found this apk very usefull. I want we should have the ability to have multiple profiles for different patients. Also have the ability to export record in MS words format as well, to slash and paste into our EMR. The author is very nice and working with you. I would buy the next modernize that would be geared towards us.

One more feature I'd just recommend is, would it be possible to have a feature to record emotional response in number form, e.g. on a scale of 1 to 10, how frustrated/anxious etc. you might be as a effect of the pain you're in (e.g. I feel a lot of pain, i rate it an 8. I feel really upset so my emotional response is around 9 etc.). Also, I'm currently using the lite ver, if i purchase the full ver, can it transfer my record from the lite one to the full ver?

Inputting data is a easy process and give a clear output report. This apk can truly aid the chronic pain sufferer and the be able to articulate the issues to a physician that allows for a better diagnosis & thus gain the correct treatment plan relevant to the sufferer. I am thoroughly impressed and I will be recommending it to my patients.

  Suzie Blade: So far (day 1),a good apk which will really let my doctor's to understand my pain at a everyday level. Not sure why endone isn't listed under medications - an extremely common brand of oxy codone hydrochloride - in Australia at least! Wow - fast response and action - thank you! Been using this a couple of weeks now and compared to about 6 others ice tried, this one is good, with very prompt attention to problems where needed. You can't go past this apk for cherubic pain!

  Roin Morigeau: This is the best pain tracker I've found in 9 years of Centralized Pain Syndrome / chronic pain. It's simple to use + to the point. You can select how much you share which feels particularly valuable since while in pain you dont always have the energy to go through every step, you're already exhausted from pain. im going to tell everyone I know about this apk.
