  Julie Larsen: I do 99% of my scheduling on the mobile apk. It is so simple to ebook, change or cancel an appointment on the fly. When someone calls I am able to check my schedule and ebook an appointment while I still have them on the smartphone. My clients tell me that it is very simple to ebook online, and when they do I receive a notification. The google calendar sync makes it simple to see my schedule at a glance without even logging into the apk. I want it updated a tiny faster, but that might be a setting on my end. I have never had problems with crashes or lock ups. It's always there for me. They continuously create upgrades and when the do it doesn't come plagued with issues. They really create sure it works before they place it out. I am confident that the few things I would like the apk to do will be there in due time. I try drove a lot of various booking tools when I first started and this is by far the best for massage therapists.

  Theresa May: A lot of awesome things about this tool both on pc or smartphone needs a few more tweaks though. Like setting up well known holistic services that aren't listed i.e. Energy Medicine-Energywork-Energy Healing, really? Reiki, Qigong, Prana, ReConnection, DNA Activation, Theta healing and Healing Touch that Nurse practitioners use all are forms of energy healing work. Other is ADD CLASSES and ADD CLASS REGISTRATION and ability for the professional to design our own custom client forms. Beautiful PLEASE! It's worth a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟rating to me!

  A Google user: I am satisfied with the tool overall. Its good to have an industry specific product. The apk force closes A LOT. This week it forced closed mid transaction and now I am having a whole ordeal with square trying to capture the payment. I have a lot of problems with the apk not letting me schedule things because the times and menus won't load. I have to close and reopen the apk multiple times per day. Very glitchy. Want I should do more on apk, but sadly feel that the apk couldn't handle any more.

  Scott Gould: It's not as player friendly as the site. The calendar view and determining when you are begin is difficult. Also, I found that you cannot cancel an appointment on the apk if that appointment is part of a series. This is frustrating if you are away from a computer and would like that spot to be accessible for booking online.

No Gift Cert sales, no couples, no sharing packages, also you can't make a pack with more than one of a certain service. let's say i wanted to do 2 1 hour massage with a facial pack.... nope. only allows one. it's so terribly annoying and convenient at the same time

  Hannah Steinbach: Love the desktop ver. But the apk is not efficient. Booking appointments takes forever, with the inefficient layout of the calendar screen. Can't sell memberships with the apk. And there isn't a widget to shop on the home screen to be able to check the schedule without having to go into the apk itself. Would be good if the apk calander screen looked like the desktop ver, or the method Vagaro looks in apk. Would be much easier to navigate and see what times are accessible and what's not.

  Becky Magill: This is beautiful much the mobile ver of their site, except they called it an apk. It's ridiculous, and, frankly, the mobile website loads faster anyway. The connection is spotty, even in the best reception or on wireless connection, and the ability to do soap notes is missing--which is critical if you're doing mobile massages. I love the website, and the company. But c'mon, folks. Let's step it up a bit, huh?

  Shawn Belles: Had the apk since it first launched. Very limited functionality. I still search it easier to schedule my appts via Google calender then add/edit later via laptop. Not a fanatic of the interface with the calender, just feels clunky. Can't write fast notes on appointments, allow alone use massagebook's soap note feature on it. Oh and I have to constantly log back into it, which can receive annoying. They have a long methods to go to create this a awesome apk to use for the daily grind.
