  J Bolden: Glitchy but in the end works When confirming I receive "check your network" almost ever time I submit a claim on the first test. Second test always goes through perfectly. I tried to do the survey and this same glitch kept event but in the end would not allow me submit the survey. Survey may actually be broken. I was on WiFi with a 50mbps connection. Same one I used to submit this review.

  Neil S: Glitches There are no another options except to email or call the claims examiner. When clicking on one of those options, it does nothing. There are no another menu options, so you can't view your claims. The only thing that works in this apk is you can change your password and the reply to your safety question.

  Matrix could be embarrassed by this apk. I can't trust they are actually encouraging people to use it. I had to email help to receive my acc made and can't view an documents in the apk itself. When I click a document the apk just freezes and crashes.

  Marie Laureano: Both the apk and site does not work. Half the time its not working, the another half it just loops back to log in page (apple iPad) when I logged on the web, its frozen and it won't load my details. This is supposed to create it simple to report, it just aggrevating.

  Jacquelyne Muller: Waste of time..... This apk is by far the most useless I have seen!!! Does not tell you when your next payment is being sent, no option for printing proof of disability income, nothing useful on this apk and the regular web page is no better or if not worse! That page doesn't even present you the correct amount of your check! What a joke... Absolutely horrible design and no useful info.

  ACK !: Tried to log in and apk fails, it tells me to adjust my date and time settings. I changed all the settings, one by one, and error pop up still appears.
