  A Google user: Well done! Nice and simple to use UI that is far nicer looking than most gov'ment based apks. No obligation to ID oneself, providing anonymity if you wish. It also does service alerts for all MBTA busses, rails and boats! This is a good method to allocate resources more efficiently making transit a safer, more enjoyable experience. All T riders with a smart smartphone could have this apk on standby...

  Laurence Levy: I am using the samsung gallaxy duscover smartphone model # sch-s735c. I test to use it, but it keeps going back to the first page, the legal agreement page, I tap accept, then it goes to my details, I fill it out, then it goes to the alerts page I pick bues then route 119. Then it goed back to the legal agreement. And it starts all over once more, I receive no where with this apk. So, I am unibstalling it until you receive it fix.

  Gerald Lerman: Although I fortunately haven't required to send an alert it's comforting to have what promises to be a real-time aid. In the past some idiot in the train would do something terrible and all I should do was want I should report it to police. Now I probably can. Service alerts is not this app's basic purpose. Giving 1 star because it didn't give a service alert makes no sense. It's a perk of the apk. Thanks MBTA for this.

  A Google user: Galaxy S3. I have this primarily for the service alerts, since the MBTA killed off the RSS feed. Unfortunately, the alerts have gone from unreliable to virtually nonexistent. The only alerts I occasionally receive are from the MBTA police, even though I have multiple lines chosen.
