  Dale Swindler: I like the apk. It's very simple to use. I like being able to control the volume from the apk. I also like being able to change the tool from the apk. Since I'm already an experienced hearing aid wearer, the setup process for the hearing aids was very simple to use. The private profile part is nice so that I can present people where my hearing loss is in each year. I recommend five scales instead of just low medium and high. The guide video for cleaning the hearing aids is extremely helpful.

  LimaEchoOscar: After the first week I have experienced zeror issues connecting to my hearing aides, setup was simple and straightforward. I understand keeping the settings fairly easy however it would be nice for those who select to have more "advanced" settings where have more frequency control and such. (Edit) Loss of what tiny personalization the apk had in the tools is very unhappy, instead of improving the apk, took 10 steps backwards in my opinion, would like more not less personalization options.
