It's inexpensive, but it has a awesome depth of content: for life happenings for which it's usually hard to search awesome, we'll rounded guidance (eg. People always like hearing about prepping for a first date, and that's on there). Nice, slow but thorough introduction to meditation, but options for more experienced practitioners as well

  Garrick Brown: Starting with the Meditation Essentials course, the apk gradually allows you to receive used to meditation (or receive back into it). Then has a lot of various pathways to take your practice depending on your preference. Guiders have a unbelievable time and are non-instrusive to my practice. Good apk!
