I cannot speak for the women but for the American gringo using this apk it is very simple.   Galicia 322: $35 to even test it or be stuck for a year forever $144. Not enough people to pay that, and not to mention the ones that I'm sure are bots... Yes you have a gratis ver but not much to do. Would consider to pay if it was half the price and atleast knew it was 100% real players.
