The Machine Intelligence Call Assistance System (MICAS) service is cloud-based tool that collects machine data through a locally installed, safe agent and provides detailed reports on MFP customers’ fleets. With the MICAS apk, MFP service technicians can access MICAS data about specific devices, so they have a library of resources at every service call, all right from their phones.
