One of them is Mignon, a chicken that comes from a good racing line, plus two others. From these you can make the coop you wish. If you wish colour and dozens there are 8 undiscovered breeds of chicken. If you wish a community you can regularly begin your farm as a petting zoo. You can breed faster and faster chickens until you can reach the highest tier of the racing leagues. There's a race every day - when it's finished a fresh day starts, your chickens eat the pellets, grasses, or herbs and insects you've bought for them and recover their stamina.
