  A Google user: The apk is setup well with lots of scenarios and issues covered. Although two latest 311 call problems are not covered. Now will MPLS answer? Place did not work when I did a report-City closed the report without even viewing the description in the report, fault to apk and certainly to Town.

  Meta Carpenter: As someone from north Minneapolis it's rather annoying when things I report receive closed just a couple days they're opened and weeks later the problem is still unresolved. For example, gang tagging that I reported on the side of the Penn and Dowling gas station is STILL there. Reported 3 weeks ago, problem was marked as resolved but obviously someonw must think north wish count for services. Not sure if people who created apk are people that work for 311, but apk is useless if the people running it are useless too.

  Will: This apk is good for reporting parking violations and pot holes, but I would love to see the ability to report another problems, like housing inspection violations

  A Google user: Be attentive when you make a profile. Once you make a screen name in cannot be changed. So if you do not wish your true name to be public, don't use it. Most people use some beautiful avatar like "Pot Hole Reporter". Also, you cannot report housing code violations as there is no check box for those complaints.

  Ravenlore: I don't know yet if the apk actually works. It's really unstable. Doesn't handle rotating device to landscape. I tried to submit a report, but I don't know if the report submitted successfully or if the apk simply crashed.

  A Google user: This apk is fine but not good. Recently it's developed this auro-zoom "feature" when you're looking at a map. It zooms in to about 5 feet over a reported item but you have to be fast with you pinching and dragging to actually move anywhere on the map.
