  The only thing that started getting monitored was my (the parent) activity. I followed the directions carefully for monitoring and limiting chrome ebook activity multiple times and yet my 5 year old still inadvertently ended up on inappropriate websites. Don't waste your cash!!

  Matthew Routhier: Garbage tool, garbage company Your tool fails to begin, and it doesn't let me to uninstall. You are no better than a virus! Your customer service is non existing, and your tech help is tiny more than a circle jerk of answerless excuses pasted on a forum. I will continue to spam your email and hound your answering machine until my problem has been resolved! The fact that you charge $40 a year for this kind of subpar product, backed with this awful customer service is outrageous

  David Hurst: Two things: first, Mobicip does not actually monitor a chromebook, it monitors the Web browser, which means it does not monitor apks on a flipbook, for example. Second, emailing customer help is not a 24 hour hear-back process. I'm going on 36 hours now and no answer. I don't expect to receive my cash back, but maybe if others read this, they will learn to do attentive research. It is interesting what their site doesn't tell you about how their tool works.
