  Tom Manners: SYNC FAIL PROBLEM FIX... first create sure u know ur player id and ur pmc id cuz they will be gone. Go to ur smartphone settings and click on apks, then go to facilities plus, click on storage, then click clear cache and clear data. Now go back and begin the apk and enter ur details and it could work! Hope this assist it did for me!

  Tamara Oleksiuk: crashes A LOT! service request entries dont always present up & it crashes right after entering a request. some headings arent complete with selections & u can't complete the request without choosing something ....but there is nothing to choose FROM under certain headings, to be able to go forward & complete it. also does not sync with onesite online. cant access onesite to start with even though it is supposedly web based, but u also dont receive the same details to post in both territories.

  Tim Frey: I work for KMG Prestige and this is the only apk we have that works with Onesite. The idea of the apk is good, and works well at times, unfortunately the apk seems to glitch more often with syncing, logging in, recording time worked, switching from Wireless connection to Data, etc... than working properly. Would greatly appreciate the apk to work properly as our company does in fact pay for its usage.

  Chris Goergen: Will not sync. Have done ALL recommendations. This tool is used to micromanage our time and if we are working, so I am constantly having to do entries on the site. Fix it you are getting paid enough.

  Buck Rodgers: Zero Stars. Constantly force closing. Also the apk needs to provide more tenant data for work orders. After modernize, It is worse. I have to kind in the Pin every time my screen times out, every time I test to add a image from within the apk even! This isn't making it more safe, My banking apk doesn't even do that. All phones have lock screens too. Also the apk kills my battery, and takes up dozens of storage on my smartphone. Every image that is taken gets stored in hidden system files. Horrible apk.
