  It isn't "stuck," dummy This apk is good! People complaining that it gets "stuck" on their smartphone and can't be uninstalled didn't read the instructions when they modified the default settings. The instructions state explicitly (and in red text): "To uninstall this apk be sure to uncheck 'Lock Screen on Recording' under the app's 'Settings' tab. You will then be able to uninstall by accessing your phone's application settings."

  Nick Sexton: Thank you ACLU for a true solution!! Most police are not corrupt, and are there to protect us. However, with the latest wave of police abuse, the only method to catch the awful ones is to constantly monitor all of them. On-duty police have temporarily given up their right to privacy when they place on their uniform (off duty of course they have the same right to privacy as all of us). When people know they are being recorded, the camera has a "civilizing result" on all parties involved. BlackLivesMatter and BlueLivesMatter!!
