  Lee Merrick: This is an perfect method to protect yourself and others versus over-policing/police brutality, and give specific info to the ACLU to determine if racial profiling is event in the place. This apk allows your camera on your smartphone to record the entire interactions with the police at the touch of the apk, and the video is uploaded to the ACLU's cloud when filming is complete. Once the apk is started, stopping it uploads the video to the ACLU, so if a police officer takes your smartphone and turns it off, it will be clear that s/he is taking it, and the video is secure. It also lets you know about police activity nearby (if anyone else is using this apk and turns it on), and lets you know about your rights. You can opt for complete anonymity, or give the ACLU details like your name, number and email address they need to follow up with you about your police encounter. Everyone could be using this apk.

  Camera swap Works well would be nice if I should swap to my front camera instead. This would create it easier to record an incident when pulled over

  Assume Correct: Very resource intensive It's nice to have it on my smartphone so that I have it when I need it, but I often have to use my battery saver apk to disable it due to resource consumption. The resource consumption of this apk could reflect it's emergency nature.
