No method to contact my coach nor therapist outside of the apk to allow them know of my problems, create fresh appointments, and no obvious method to contact help to alert them of the problem. So writing a awful review to give them a heads up as this is the only method to alert the developers!

  Kia Britt: I like the apk as it has multiple mini lessons and guided meditations, however, the audio constantly stops causing it to go back to the beginning. This does not create for a very peaceful and calming experience. I hope this is fixed soon.

  Handsome Samson: The apk is a tiny intrusive for my tastes. It's just my private preference, but it asks me to take a "well being" checkup before any appointment... But it's the apk asking for data; not a healthcare provider. 🙄 It probably shares it with them, but they don't need it... I'm not a fanatic of that. 🤔 Also, notifications don't seem to work. I've never received a notice notification from this apk, and sometimes the messages go left for days without me knowing about it. This apk needs more work.

  Cosmin Ghinea: Hi. I kindly wish to tell you that this apk has to be able to run even if the smartphone locks. There's no method to practice mindfulness if I have to tap my smartphone every min to avoid locking the screen. Looking forward for a fix for this problem. Thanks in advance.

It seems like a well-rounded service thus far, offering such options as group coaching, 1:1 therapy, and self-help videos and exercises. I'm disappointed the apk itself doesn't work.

  A Google user: The apk and the company receive 1 star. This company and apk have no method to pick a therapist. You just receive who they pick for you and if you don't like it you can change. You wish a therapist for your dependents under 13? I'll allow you know how that goes if/when it ever happens. Going on 3 months now and I can't receive them to do anything.   Alex: There are consistent bugs in the guided meditations in which the recording stops or starts over entirely. Even when on a very stable high speed internet connection. It beautiful much renders them useless considering meditation could be a seamless experience and not yet other troubleshooting session.

  Nishant Arora: Why does this apk keeps logging me out? This apk in itself is the most stressful part of my day. For an apk that promotes mental health one would imagine a slick non-aggrevating player experience but no, they are full of UI bugs, does not implement dark mode and will constantly log you out. It's a glorified calendar apk, I'd uninstall it in a heartbeat if only I didn't have pending sessions with them.
