Moneyac is a gratis business board game.You can play versus the Artificial Intelligence or your friends.All this and much more is enabled in Moneyac, the real-estate board mini game that you will love. The aim of the mini game is to become millionaire among the all users and to create as much cash and property as you can. To victory, you must play very well and need to be a tiny lucky. Just Roll the dice and be monopol in the world. Buy lands, trade properties, victory auctions, mortgage properties, pay rent and build houses and hotels,force your enemies to bankruptcy and stay away from jail. When you own all properties in one color group, you allowed to build houses and hotels. Build more houses and hotels for force your enemies to bankruptcy. That's all. Playing The Game Games can be played with 2,3 and 4 players.1 user must be Human and another users can be Human or Android.You can choose users as Human and play with your mates on the same device or choose users as Android device and play versus Android.The mini game starts with a random user in the first opening, and continues clockwise. If you wish to play firstly,You must check "Begin with First User" control in Settings Menu.When its your turn,you can mortgage,redeem,build,sell,trade with another users before roll dice. After roll dice,your pawn will move and you can do one of the following. * To buy land and another property (if not owned by other user) * A property is place up for auction (if you do not wish to buy) * Rent to pay (if owned by other user) * Pay taxes * Take The Possibility or The Community Chest card * Go to The Jail After you have done one of these processes turn passes to the next player. The Guidelines of the Game Buy Land There are three types of land: 1: Land 2: Poles 3: Unique Places. If you stand on a no owner land, the title deed dialog will begin and you can buy this land by clicking the BUY button. If you decide to buy the land,you must pay the cost millionaire uncle.Millionaire uncle will give you the deed as proof of your land. If you have not enough budget during the process of buying, warning screen will appear to ask you sell homes or mortgage lands.If you choose OK button in the dialog, you must sell homes or mortgage your lands until your budget enough to buy land. This process can not cancel after choose OK.If you choose Cancel button, The Auction dialog appears for the land. Auction If you stand on a no owner land,the title deed dialog will open. If you choose Cancel button,The Auction dialog appears for the land. Auction starts with the value of the land; the user submitting the highest bid wins the auction. All users can join auction, if they have enough budget to buy land. If users do not have enough budget to buy land,auction does not begin and the mini game continues with the next player. Poles If one utility is owned rent is 400 times amount shown on dice.If both Utilities are owned rent is 1000 times amount shown on dice. Special Places This utilities are necessary. If you own all these,other users pay rent 40000. Build House When you own all the properties in a color-group you may buy houses from Millionaire uncle and erect them on those properties.If you buy one house, you may place it on any one of those properties. Sell House All houses on one color-group must be sold one by one, evenly, in reverse of the manner in which they were erected. All hotels on one color-group may be sold one house at a time (one hotel equals five houses), evenly, in reverse of the manner in which they were erected.
