  Eric Arneson: I'm running this apk with a Raspberry Pi. For the few hours I've been using it, it's been unbelievable! The instructions on Github were good and helped me receive everything running. I love the Groups you can create with the various zones. I would like to see a better method of changing the volume. It's a tiny challenging to create little changes in volume with the current slider implementation. Having a volume up and down button on each side of the slider should assist with making little changes.

Even with the cost of the extra hardware, this apk gives the player a total system with a wi-fi interface that can now function like another systems costing thoussnds of dollars. You need to receive an itach flex to connect to the audio and for it to work and use the OEM Global Cache serial cable, I tried a third party cable and that did not work.   Mark G: I have to say that this apk has totally been a mini game changer for me. I had previously run all my speaker cable but did not run CAT cable for the controls for my Monoprice system. While I do intend at some point to run those cables, this apk has saved me in the mean time! I can now control my backyard and garage speaker zones right from my smartphone. This apk is lightning quick! I had a few problems when setting up that were completely my fault. No fear here as I reached out via the YouTube page and then through email and had multiple prompt responses...(like within seconds of asking)! This apk is well worth the $5 and the help was spot on. This thing is good!!

  Gabriel Hernandez: I had a few problems with the apk and equipment...but, it was all on me! The instructions are there and they are clear. There are videos and if you still can't receive it...like I did, haha, you can email the developer and they will answer ASAP. Here are the two snags I hit: 1. Create sure that you use iHelp and go to the configuration page. The configuration for your equipment is either on the FAQ or Videos. 2. If you have more than one monoprice 6 place, create sure the slave/master are set correctly. Mine moved when I was installing them. Those machines are massive. Another than that, this is a mini game changer!! You won't need to run Ethernet everywhere to have a place.

  Tyler Francis: There seem to be bugs when installed using Raspberry Pi way. Was able to receive to link up with apk, but the info provided on GitHub to hold the script running did not work. Anytime the Raspberry Pi is shut down the script stops running. A tech magician should probably fix this very easily, but for a moderately skill tech person, the itach flex is probably better option based on some of the troubles I've seen. But, apk adds some very nice features to a relatively affordable system.

I Initially purchased a cable that wasn't Global Cache brand, Kadin responded almost instantly when I reached out for assist and even told me where I should buy the cable since Amazon was out of stock.
