About the application:

The Movable Alphabet is a good method for kids to practice "writing" before they master the skill of using pencil and paper to do so. Simply construct words by taking letters out of the box and placing them together onto the workspace. In the apk kids can practice constructing words like cat, bat, rug, bug, etc by placing the letters next to the pictures shown onto the screen. When they touch the picture they will be able to hear the correct pronunciation of the word, as well as the sound of each letter that makes up the word. In the box of letters there are buttons to hear the sound of each letter to create it easier to find for the letter they are thinking of. There is also an activity with a blank workspace for kids to build their own words and phrases. Teachers can use this activity to assign their own set of stuff for the kids to identify and "write" the names.
