  Jon Frosh: Edit: customer service contacted me and fixed it. I tried to use a deal that said starts fall 2013, but the deal never became accessible. I talked to the customer service about it at the shop and they said to email moocho and I should still receive it. I've emailed twice now in the past week with no response. I think a response email would be appropriate to at least allow me know what they can do for me. I've also used moocho the past three years now.
