  Allyson Marks: This apk knows me better than I do! I've been struggling to manage my PMDD symptoms for years, and have tried therapy, meditation, yoga and journaling, which all helped but didn't exactly tell me what was going on. This apk has unbelievable insights for every day of my cycle and I'm feeling more normal and more in touch with my body/moods than I have for a long time!! The $40 cost for annual is totally worth it! My outlook and relationships are already improving with my fresh ability to communicate.

  Hanna: This is the best apk that I've found for cycle tracking, not only just your period but your entire cycle, with all the hormonal changes we go through throughout the month. Edit: The everyday check-ins and summaries they give you for the day based on your hormone levels are so unbelievably accurate. It makes me feel so understood. I've also found it a lot easier to have comapssion for myself because now I know why I feel the method I do. I absolutely love this apk

  AnnaLouise Brunton: Highly suggest. It's been eye opening to use this apk for a few months. I always thought I was in tune with my cycle until I started using this apk and began to truely understand the impact of hormones on my life at each phase. The suggested reading and video resources are perfect and have helped me to be more mindful of my reactions and kinder to myself. I really am a large fanatic of this apk!

  Juliette Mourad: Good apk. 2 remarks: 1. The moon phase is showing up wrong. E.g, now is the waxing gibbous but it's showing as waning gibbous. 2. I love the content. But I hope to see it evolve towards a less binary language : "people with cycles, people who menstruate" and not necessarily "women". Biological cycles and genders are not the same. Otherwise, good apk. If it evolves to be less gendered, I would suggest it to anyone looking to be in tune with the cycles, moon, weather, & logging moods & states.

The another apks only track your menstrual cycle and periods but this apk not only asks about how you feel, but also suggests to practice meditating and shows some meditating practices and items.   Jada Patterson: This apk has been good and very enjoyable. One thing I've noticed though, is the key at the bottom of the calendar seems to be off. The descriptions are for the next phase. Bleed is not described and instead describes the follicular (rise) phase , Rise is about the luteal phase (could be follicular), and Shift and Reflect say the same thing about the luteal phase. The Shift tab could describe ovulatory phase, and the Reflect tab could talk about the luteal phase (both parts). I have fun these

I click on one or more of the symptoms, but all that happens is underneath the symptom I have clicked it says 'off' and then I click save but nothing happens? The scroll at the bottom between 'day' and 'phase' is unclear and the assist details doesn't clarify it in a method I can understand.

  Sarah: This apk is really awesome for tracking physical and emotional symptoms. The only thing I really have to say about it is that it has options that recognize a few pre-existing hormone syndromes, & recognizes PMS, but it doesn't mention anything about PMDD. It does let you to rate and journal your feelings, but it doesn't give you the option to say you have PMDD. Maybe thats what "Another" is for, but this is a period apk, and PMDD is a severe form of PMS. 😅 I just feel a bit out of put.

  Tanya (Versiris): Been looking for a cycle apk for forever that actually shows you your symptoms over time. Seeing my symptoms on a data graph is so valuable. Saw some reviews confused about how to use the graph. Please don't change it just because some ppl don't understand what an average is. Only taking a star off because notifications don't work (not my fault, tried everything) & because you can't edit log entries once you complete them. Created mistakes more than once and had to redo the entry list entirely.

  Tayler: I just downloaded this apk because I finally got my period back after 2 and a half years and it doesn't let me to place my cycle any longer than 120 days, it would be really useful if I was able to create an accurate cycle number so my profile over all can be accurate but another than that this apk seems awesome

  Jennifer V Mendoza (Miss J Mendoza): This apk is confusing lol. I've tried a lot of apks which are simple to use and navigate. When I wish to know something it's simple for me to see. I tried this apk because of the moon style aspect which was missing in another apks. When I am trying to understand what phase I'm in, I click on the phase, and it tells me about a separate phase! The layout to see how a lot of days you have left (est.) tells you what day you're on. It's not an simple apk, but It's helpful in understanding how hormones work though.

My only complaint is the everyday check-in section where the pop up asking if it describes you comes up quickly and it blocks the bottom part of the text even when trying to scroll up. It's irritating and has created me less likely to use it.

  Viviana Aaren: So far I'm enjoying the apk, but there are a few stuff that create me think I will probably have to use something else... 1. The language is not inclusive/gender-neutral. It would be cool if it was. 2. There is no method to track basal temperature, or really anything with absolute values. It would be cool if a number field should be added as a kind for custom tracking stuff. Would be good too if the nutrition advices shows some actual meal examples! Would love to see those!
