  Paul M Hopkins: Motorola help is 5+ star. We had an problem with the hardware and they sent a fresh unit no questions asked! They stand behind their products, and I highly suggest Motorola. That being said, the apk is not excellent. We've had some minor connectivity issues/drops. Overall though, the apk is simple to use (some things are not intuitive like turning off certain notifications and are buried in the settings). We've not used any another monitors, but I am happy with the overall experience.

  Chris Reed: No problems with connectivity, just create sure your smart WiFi is turned off, it will only work on 2.4 WiFi. Bit of a signal lag though, if anyone has any ideas on speeding this up to both apk and monitor?

  Elizabeth J. Gonzalez: The temperature gauge on mine is off by +20°! The thermometer in my house says it's 71 and the handheld monitor says it's 93. The handheld monitor works very well. Getting the feed on your smartphone is 50/50. And I've never had a trouble with our internet in our home. Tool is not the most intuitive. I want I would have read the reviews on the apk before purchasing the camera system.

  Dani Holton: Good features, can really do a lot from the apk when you're away from home! From my experience when I connect my smartphone though, it disconnects my husbands from the camera and vice versa which is very disappointing when we're both away from home and baby is home with the sitter.

Before you answer to my comment, yes I know that "before you should only view videos for 24 hours" and "now, you can select between 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days." Good, create those that wish 7 and 30 days pay additional and give us the 24 hours for gratis back.

  Nikita McLauchlan: Apk has connectivity problems, both to the Internet and my device. I have successfully paired my camera multiple times for me to not be able access it on the apk. Quite literally useless. *modernize 27/03/2023* Still quite regularly met with the spinning wheel of death in the apk when trying to load camera feed. Nothing wrong with our WiFi connection as monitor works straight away. I have still yet to successfully save a voice recording with the apk either after 9 months of trying. Embarrassing!

  Alan Ortiz: es muy frustrante que las grabaciones son demasiado cortas y no hay continuidad en el video toma 30 segundo y luego otros 30 segundos 5 minutos despues, no se puede saber si algo le paso al bebe o si llora por la nada, deberia poder revisar el historial de grabaciones pero tampoco se puede hacaer, hay camaras como las tapo que permiten histrial de 30 dias y esta ni 24 horas logra. en livestream funciona decente aunque se congela en ocasiones y tiene un ligero desfase.

  Matt Marsden: The apk sucks, constantly won't connect to the camera properly and getting anything to load is a joke. Also the tracking options for feedings, sleeping and all that only works if you smartphone is online. Speaking of that, when signed into the same profile from two phones it won't allow you end a timer started by the another smartphone. This isn't even to mention all the problems with the camera itself.
