  Julie Setzer: Works fine unless you back out of the apk without logging out. If you test to reopen the apk, it goes to a page that says "payment scheduled" even if you didn't schedule one. If you then test to navigate to the menu, it gives a property address that isn't mine. I then have to log out and log back in. Very buggy. This apk really needs to time out after a short period of inactivity and require the player to log back in.

  We have been with Nationstar for 10+ years. We have never had an problem with the apk or online payments or anything online until the latest modernize that came out at the end of May. The apk is horrible, I can't login online or the apk 95% of the time. I am forced to pay the $9+ fee over the smartphone and the $64 late fee because we have more choices at the moment. Super disappointed with them. They need to receive it together.

  Robert Ortega: This is more of a rating on Mr Cooper's customer service which is horrible. I called to create changes to the mailing address, add a spouse as a contact and request a statement. They did absolutely nothing. They said they created the changes, but they didn't do anything. I actually had to create the changes on the site because the apk wouldn't allow me sign in. Complete waste of half an hour on the smartphone. Stay away from this company. It's horrible. They read scripts as to how unbelievable they are. Stop the talk and walk the walk. You don't have to change your name to a human to create us trust you are better. Just do it. The apk is junk as well. When you log in to your acc it simply refuses to deal with you and refers you to the site or an 800 number.
