  Evgeny Semionov: Not sure, maybe all the bugs that another people mentioned have been fixed, but ticket purchase worked well for me. I used paypal, ticket was issued, ticket activation worked well, after expiration of the ticket it was removed. So, everything worked well.

  Megan Wong: Useful in case you forget your Clipper card Simple, easy to use. Kinda weird not needing to mark anything when I receive on the buses though. I havnt tried to use it go into an underground station yet, but I'm assuming I'll just present the ticket to the attendant?

  Jeremy Adams: Works for purchasing tickets just ok and appreciate the lower clipper rates rather than the higher money rates. Apk does occasionally crash but it's not that large of the deal as the ticket is still there. Just create sure to validate before boarding the bus/light rail or entering the muni station. Instructions for first time players should be a tiny clearer (the FAQ on Muni's site is awesome but afaik the apk doesn't direct players there so they have to google it on their own).

  Cons: unused single-ride tickets expire in 90 days, cannot save credit/debit cards without making a purchase first, purchases tied to device unless manually synced, no monthly passes, currently, only awesome for those who ride Muni irregularly or for short regular periods of time. ----- Pros: board through any door, no need to wait for card tappers, can purchase fare for multiple people. ----- Advices: when riding in the subway, activate ticket and present the station agent prior to going to the platform; if the subway booth is unattended, activate ticket, walk through the first/accessibility gate, and the gate could automatically begin; when riding the bus and boarding through the back door, you don't need to present the bus driver your ticket; activate prior to boarding, however I usually activate when on board.

  Shiraz Siddiqui: Meh It's not very intuitive, but this is my backup for when I forget my wallet at home that has my monthly clipper pass. So purchasing through PayPal for a one method is ok in a pinch since I don't have my wallet. But the ticket doesn't let you to tap your smartphone on the terminal, instead you "use ticket" and present your smartphone to the attendant behind the glass so they can begin the handicap gate to allow you in. If this allowed Android device Pay, and used the tap on terminal to enter Muni this would be waaaay better.

  Luke Briner: Useful for buying passports but you can't receive through ticket gates with it and there are a few serious usability bugs. Clicking the passport doesn't always do something, after signing up, it stayed on the signup page and didn't look like it did anything. Same for payment page. I think these were due to awful data connection.

  Wolfram Arnold: Not integrated with Clipper Other insular transit solution. Muni shouldn't be wasting cash on building apks like this. Clipper could do this and create it work with NFC readers. Disappointing in the tech capital of the globe.

  Jeff Williams: I installed the apk so my wife and I can more conveniently use our 3-day passes when we visit SF next week. I purchased the passes through the apk and I will wait until the first day we're in SF before I activate them. For that feature, the apk seems to do OK...so far (haven't used the passes yet). What I am disappointed in is the Trip Planner. All I receive is a blank screen. The Trip Planner works ok on the SFMTA site but not on my smartphone. I guess I will resort to using Google and plan where I wish to go before we leave home and take printouts of it all with me. I would have thought they'd have this fixed by now. This is 2018 and I've been reading reviews of this trouble from 2 years ago. My smartphone is running on Android device 6, if it will assist them troubleshoot this bug.

  John Navas: Awesome idea, awful implementation. So a lot of things wrong with player experience (UX) that it's hard to know where to begin. It's not even beta, it's alpha. For example, tickets are NOT automatically saved online, so they are LOST if anything happens to the apk or device. HELLO?! Muni could begin over with qualified Android device developers.

  Thomas Strömberg: Consistently crashes at startup I always have to begin this apk twice: once to dismiss the crash dialog, and once to use my tickets. Baffling errors when used with Visa or AMEX, but it works good with PayPal. Still better than carrying money.
