About the application:

My Bright Day will replace Bright Horizons’ traditional paper Everyday Experience Sheets, allowing parents to access info about their child’s day via their phone or the web in real-time. Parents can also use My Bright Day to provide info about their child’s activities prior to arrival at the center; access previous Everyday Reports, images, or videos; and modernize their notification preferences. Bright Horizons centers will introduce My Bright Day on a rolling basis. If you have questions about when your center will introduce this fresh program, please speak to your Center Director. HOW IT WILL WORK: At drop off: Parents will access My Bright Day via their Android device or iOS phone. Parents will enter the info typically provided via the paper Everyday Experience Sheet including when their kid woke up, latest ate, was diapered/went potty, notes etc. Parents can do this while at the center, before arriving, or just after drop off. Throughout the day: Teachers will enter info of meals/bottles, diapers, naps, activities etc. Parents can login to the apk at any time to see how their child’s day is going. Additionally, images or videos taken during the day will be shared via the application, via email, or the web. At the end of the day: Your child’s Everyday Experience Sheet will be emailed to you and created accessible on the apk and the web. Parents will no longer need to remember to grab the paper sheet! Accessing Memories: On an ongoing basis, parents will be able to access a history of all past Everyday Experience Sheets, images, and videos. We hope that families will have fun this convenient method to see how their kid has grown and changed over time! GETTING STARTED: My Bright Day is being provided in partnership with Tadpoles, a leading provider of kid care management solutions geared to helping kid care tools involve parents and simplify operations. Using the My Bright Day mobile application you can submit routine drop off info, login throughout the day to view real-time updates on your child’s everyday activities, see pictures and videos of your kid, customize your settings, and view the full Everyday Experience Sheet at the end of each day. To access your acc on My Bright Day: · Download My Bright Day through the Apk Shop or Google Play on your mobile device. o If you have an existing Family Info Center acc, § Simply login to the My Bright Day apk by using the username and password you use for the Family Info Center. o If you do not have an existing Family Info Center acc, § Begin the My Bright Day apk on your mobile device and click, “Sign Up” § Make an acc using the basic email address your center has on file for you. If you do not know the basic email address the center has on file for you check-in with your Center Director, call 855-239-3850 or submit a assist request at https://familyinfocenter.brighthorizons.com/mybrightday/help. o Check your email using your phone to access your temporary password & complete the steps to set up your private password. o Now you can login to the My Bright Day apk using your newly made Family Info Center login!
