  OG BruceLee: Must download if you are a foreigner going to visit China! After my frustrations with DiDi this apk save me from going crazy! It is a bit. ore expensive but definitely worth it for the convenience. It was hard for me to navigate Beijing and search a awesome spot for a taxi to pick me up but this apk connects you to a live rep as soon as you ebook a ride. So if there is any issues they will tell you or ask you to clarify by sending a picture of where you are or for a screenshot of your place!

  Bogdan Valentin Neacsa: It is more expensive than normal taxi and you will have to wait 5-10 mins for the ride but you have good english help and your international VISA / Mastercard actually work which in this day of WeChat / AliPay is not that common in China. You can also schedule ride related to Uber if you know when your train / plane arrives. Just create sure you have internet connection because sometime exact pickup might change slightly due to massive traffic.

  Siamerican Soulawynne: After sifting through a lot of Beijing taxi hailing doom n gloom threads, learning that Uber was no longer and that the main chinese taxi hailing apk was not foreigner friendly, and that my only hope to catch a taxi in the wee hours in this citiy with through a hotel desk, I start to worry. My hotel was not a true hotel just an apartment block on a road that didn't seem to have a lot of taxis, and my luggage is too large to carry on the subway. Was I going to miss my flight? luckily I came across this apk and it delivered as promised. I was able to pay with my American credit card, and the service rep staff (no. 218) was responsive and assuring, that I was getting my vehicle as promised and paid. I'm now at the airport with plenty of time to catch my flight. My only suggestion for further Improvement is to adopt the same system as grab taxi in Malaysia and Thailand, you can hail and track a car/taxi real-time time, and payment is created and confirmed after the service is delivered.

  Gerrard Potoi: What can I say, this is a lifesaver for us in Beijing. Pre ebook your trip and pay and then just wait for it. Also customer help is good and 24/7. If your in China then this is all you need besides the subway. If you're a foreigner with no Chinese language then use this.

  David Quinney: This apk is really unitutiuve to use, it does not create it clear that a ride has been booked and is on its method so you accidentally end up booking multiple rides, which all charge to your card. Easy fix would be to only let you to ebook a single trip at a time. Be very attentive using this apk

  Ollie Mason: Booked a taxi, went to the exact spot given and was told 3 times the taxi was there and that if we didn't search it within 5 mins then the coming would be cancelled and cash still taken. Sent multiple photos and screenshots of our place to verify we were in the right put and we finally told that the taxi was actually in a traffic jam and wasn't waiting for us. Obviously awful communication with ourselves and the concierge service with the taxi itself. Would not suggested this service as it cost us $15 for something that was not our fault. Following leaving this review i was informed the agent who handled this inquiry was fired... as you can see in the answer to this feedback. So after having a awful service the CEO: Raymond created it 10 times worse by firing an employee, leaving a very unfortunate person without a job and making me feel responsible!? This is the 21st century and the issues i received with this apk was due to the technology used within not the humans behind it. RAYMOND how dare you fire a person for your lack of structure. I'd recommend you fire your head of development or at least blacklist the taxi who said he had arrived when he hadn't. Appalling!

  Jaber Alamari: fine, don't believe them to go to the airport. the apk stops working when you choose the airport. I almost missed the flight for their silly apk. they ask to press various buttons for the airport, when I did, it just didnt let me to select the pickup point. be attentive! Those guys do not invest properly in their apk and could be out of the shop! why could I miss my flight? just because i trusted you! shame on you!

  Naeemah Rose: Beware! The driver parked very far away and wanted us to walk. Mind you, we must pay for their wait time. We explained that we had a shopping cart and should not leave the carpark. The dispatcher said the driver would come, but he never showed up. Our card was charged anyway! We sent screenshots of the conversation to our bank about this fraudulent charge. Only after telling the dispatcher we would present everything to our bank we were told we would receive a refund. I can't suggest this apk.
