  A Google user: My experience was stellar. I am wheelchair bound and just moved to a fresh town, so this video appointment option was fabulous. I see dozens of people have issues signing in etc., but I had no issues and my appointment lasted 30 mins. I am using a Samsung Galaxy 8s.

  A Google user: The apk can be better when it comes to scheduling appointments. You can only schedule to see certain doctors. You can't schedule appointments if you need ultrasounds, x-rays done or another procedures or to see specialist or if you need mental health services. If you need to see a doctor on video its limited on what you can see the doctor right away on if it doesn't fit exactly why you need to see them which doesn't create any sense especially if it's minor.
