My Family Food Planner Light In the My Family Food Planner Light apk you will find: • 4 meals planned per week for 52 weeks, all the recipes you need, and all the weekly grocery lists. • An interactive grocery list that you can cross off stuff and add your own items. • All meals are under 500 calories. • Every recipe and food contains nutritional analysis. • You will have one crock pot food every week. There is a picture of a crock pot next to the menu/recipes that are crock pot meals. • All recipes or menu stuff that have a heart by them meet the American Heart Association requirements for a heart healthy recipe/meal. • All recipes or menu stuff that have a star by them are diabetic friendly. They have less than 60 grams of carbohydrates per serving or less than 4 Carb Choices. 1 Carb Choice = 15 grams of Carbohydrates. Suggested amount for most diabetics is 3 to 4 carb choices per food. (If you are a diabetic, create sure you follow your individual plan created for you by your doctor or dietitian.) **If carbohydrates are close to 60 grams, omit the fruit in order to have your glass of milk with your food and to stay within your 3 to 4 carb choices per meal. • If you are using a weight loss system that uses points, you will see at the bottom of the nutritional analysis your points already figured! This food planner is not intended to be a weight loss plan. (This food planner is in no method affiliated with Weight Watchers International and it has not been reviewed by Weight Watchers for accuracy and suitability for Weight Watcher members.) • When I wrote this food planner in 2008 I was a childcare provider. I was needed to follow the USDA requirements when feeding the kids in my care. I felt it was necessary to contain these requirements in this food planner. You and your family will keep 1 meat, 1 bread, either 2 fruits or 2 vegetables or a fruit and a vegetable at every food. You will keep Vitamin C everyday and Vitamin A at least twice a week. They also recommend that you drink a glass of milk with your meal. You will save cash in the end because you are going to the shop with a list. You won’t be buying unnecessary stuff. A lot of of my customers have reported saving $75-$100 a month. Plus they are saving time because they don’t have to figure out their menu. I have already done it for you! A few things to remember before heading to the store: • Items on the menu that contain a recipe you will need to refer to that recipe for the serving size. All another sides are ½ cup servings except side salads are 1 cup servings. • If you would like to have margarine on your bread and/or salad dressing on your salad, you will need to add that to your grocery list and be sure to add the calories to your food. Use these two stuff sparingly. They are usually full of calories and fat. • I used canned fruits for the nutritional analysis so that it would be convenient for you, but you can purchase new fruit instead. • For the nutritional analysis I used ground beef 90% lean meat/10% fat. For milk I used 1%. I also used instant mashed potatoes for figuring purposes. For a lot of of the stuff you can search lower calorie options. Feel gratis to purchase those stuff. The nutritional analysis figures for this food planner were figured based on the USDA ingredient database. Nutritional values will vary from brand to brand. The grocery list for the week is unbelievable - no more trying to move lists between apks AND you can add any extras you need. So simple. I was worried the weekly groceries would cost more, but it is coming out to just about what I was paying anyway - only this time, I am sure of what I'll be making. There are usually a lot of leftovers so our another days we just re-heat. I would love to see more of your food plans created into apks too!! Good job!

A Google user: I've never enjoyed an appji enough to take the time to rate it, until now. This apk is so simple to use and removes the most aggravating question of the day, "what's for dinner". I love that all of the meals are 500 calories and below, allowing me to remain on my deity. Yet so delicious not only do my children have fun the meals but my husband does as well. All of the meals are simple enough to cook that all of my sons ( ages 12,10 & 8) are able to assist me prepare/cook ever meals. Thank you so much

A Google user: We were stuck in a rut with our food planning, this is a good apk. The groceries are affordable and obtainable. The meals are awesome, nutritious and simple to create. I love the nutrition facts, the heart healthy and diabetic friendly icons. Some of the recipes repeat after a few months, but they hold your rating. My attempt at food planning the meals repeat monthly so a periodic repeat here is not a trouble. I would like the option to remove the recipes I don't care for.. but I'm not complaining. I love the apk

A Google user: I looove this apk. It's a weekly food plan for 4 days of the week (gives me room for my own creations, eating out, or leftovers). The recipes are varied and simple to create. The weekly grocery list is neatly organized in categories and I can add my own stuff, but attention apk creators: PLEASE! Add a sharing shopping list option ASAP, and perhaps... pictures of the meals? So far I have enjoyed using this apk, and trying fresh recipes with success. Thanks!

A Google user: This would be a good apk if you only ate once a day for four days only gives you one food a day and the weeks are four days long want it had breakfast lunch and the another three days of the week. Also want you should change the food for a day if you don't like that food or are allergic to something in that food that is planned. I uninstalled.

A Google user: Now I have an attack plan when I go to the grocery shop! The only reason I dropped a star is that on my Android device smartphone, I can't receive the crossing off list stuff to work. I usually create up a paper list anyways since I store every 2 weeks so it doesn't affect my use of the apk. The meals are easy and my family has loved every one so far. I would love a whole/real foods apk like this but haven't found one yet.
