Yes, even he beginner workouts are hard work, but you feel the rewards immediately afterwards. Never used a fitness apk like it, and i mean that in the best possible method. I love how you can exercise anywhere very flexible, use this apk whenever i go to the gym & also at home or the park i love how it has all your strength exercises its easy to use as well i just want it wasnt 25 sec each exercise but it helped to increase my intensity since its a short period of time you really receive a awesome workout out of just 20 mins, theres literally no excuses why you cant workout daily. Only downside about this it freezes sometimes or doesnt load but i can work with that.

  Albert Lomas: I absolutely love Jillian Michaels. I have been a fanatic of hers since The Largest Loser. I bought her 30 Day Shred DVD and it was challenging without being impossible for beginners. I've tried a few of her another workout videos and they never disappointed. So when I found out about her fitness apk, I knew I had to receive it. It's definitely cash well spent. I highly suggest it.

  ButterflyLashSolutio: Love this apk, simple to use and follow. I love that they are fast and effective. Also that it incorporates strenght train, cardio, hiits...just unbelievable. You can see exactly how to do exercises to ensure you don't receive harm. Also love that she does a fast warm up and cool down stretches as I am one that always pushes the warm-up and stretches to other day and usually end up not doing them. Uses various moves which is good and works various muscles. Good job and worth the cash.
