  Helen Price: I did download this apk and tried using it. But my hospital isn't one of those linked to it. For me it was just a list of my pills and appointments, which I have in my diary and calendar anyway, and that was about it. It didn't even allow me add symptoms apart from a questionnaire that was a one off rather than a everyday tracker. Not for me I'm scared.

  Addison W: Crashed three times when trying to modernize my first day. Also, missing a stool tracker, which is what they always ask about at the hospital. I think you could be able to go into more detail than simy scoring everything, otherwise using the notes section daily makes it just other diary apk

  Richard Pope: Apk resets every time you switch apks (including during registration) which means that if you need to check any info you lose any progress in the registration/survey/whatever process. A lot of the details this apk collects (amount of excercise, amount of sleep, weight, etc) is already collected (often automatically) by another apks (google fit, Fitbit, etc) but there seems no method to link them, so you have to manually copy (with the annoyance that you can't switch apks as mentioned above!)

  Sean Coppinger: Fallen on the first hurdle, so I will come back when it is more developed. St James University Hospital (in Leeds) does not help it (one of the biggest hospitals in the country). One thing to please sort out: Putting in ones date of birth by having to tap repeatedly as one slowly goes through the months to receive to... 1974 ... is not awesome. Maybe this is aimed at young people? Just allow us kind in our DOB like a normal apk. Thanks.

  Malcolm Pollack: Useless! I cannot receive past save and continue. I enter all my data including illness and then have to agree GDPR but everything from that point is greyed out. No method to receive any further.
