  Matthew mckeever: I figured out how to receive a code sent finally and works good. Don't use capital letters or symbols when you register just smartphone number then primary password with regular numbers and lower case letters. Took me hours trying to figure this out hope this helps a someome.

  t murphy: The instructions that come with the lock are not simple to understand AT ALL!!! I called customer service and nobody would reply the smartphone. I had to leave a notice still waiting for a return call. Luckily my computer genius child was able to figure it out after some time. But now that she got it working it seems to work but the range is short.

  scott smith: So at this point I'm still undecided. Just bought a home with this installed, thought it was a "cool" feature but as noted in a lot of reviews...the setup is convoluted & not player friendly, I can't figure out how to delete old acc & make a fresh one - and calling them is useless. I actually googled the so called customer service line, and they gave me other # and wished me awesome luck. So right now the only thing awesome, is that worked when I connected the apk. However it's not very intuitive or player friendly. Also I'd like to know if you can activate (unblock) over wireless connection so instead of assigning an "Ekey", I can just unblock door from a remote PC instead. But once more - I can't even reach a live person to ask. So then there's that...clearly they aren't looking for retention?

  T: I like the apk so far,but I would like to know why it runs constantly instead of just when I occasionaly use it to activate the lock. Trying to slash down on apks that run the battery down. My previous lock had its own remote and did not interfear with my bluetooth headset, guess I will just have to work around the "who gets the bluetooth control" 😁

  Rachel Ganus: Decent concept but keeps giving my husband and I errors when we test to lock or unblock, saying we need to test resetting our Bluetooth or to create sure we're within 2 meters. What's the point in having the apk to lock and unblock if you have to be within a certain distance!?

  Dutch V: I would not buy it. Go with Schlage, for this the paper instructions to mount to the door are awesome. But the apk and setting up the wireless connection is not worth the headache.
