  Robert Marsin Jr: I think all of the negatives here are from 1-2 years ago during its infancy stages, because I just signed up and added cash without any problem. The only downside was there was no instruction for adding your keyfob, in fact the fob didnt even have a number to add it if I wanted to. Luckily the machine in the room created it simple to attach to my acc. I love the whole system.

  Allen McCord: So far, haven't had any major problems with the apk and it has been very convenient to use as opposed to using the kiosk in the washroom. I would like to see the current remaining time on washers the same method I can see the remaining time on dryers. That is my only concern with this system. Also, I would like the ability to add time to dryers during the current run.

  Jeffrey Maddalena: This apk has created doing laundry so much easier. I used to forget what time I place clothes in,then forget how much time was left. Now all I do is begin the apk and look. No more hauling my items down to basement to search all the machines are taken and have to babysit and wait. Love I can add cash as I go as well. No more hauling around cards or coins. This is a well though out system.

  Ashley Lloyd: Better than having to receive quarters, but only barely. The largest issues are: 1) that the minimum amount of cash you can add is $20... I am staying in a put that uses this system for 3 weeks, am I supposed to do laundry 6.5 times?? 2) The player interface is very unclear. For instance, it is unclear as to when it will be taking funds from you (by adding them to your wallet), and offers no confirmation, so it would be SO EASY to accidentally slip and hit 'add $90' or something. Just a poorly designed interface.

  Micki: Customer service/response squad is complete garbage. I have paid at least $20 more than important because of machines eating my cash or problems with timing so that I'm charged twice. I have sent feedback through the apk three times with NO response whatsoever. It's like they know their apk is the only method to use machines in some buildings and don't care if they're LITERALLY STEALING from you sometimes.

  Annaliece Gargiulo: Horrible. Never reada the machines correctly. Constantly says a dryer needs clothes removed when the dryer does not. So now its impossible to receive laundrey done bc i only have access to one dryer bc this horrible apk. Company NEVER responds to feedback or emails. Any landlord using needs to go back to quarters stat! Horrible!

  Emily So: *modernize 11/23/2016* Using these fresh machines in my building is daytime (or 24/7) robbery. The minimum I can add to my acc is $20. I heard even my super doesn't do his laundry in the building anymore. Anyone in my building I've talked to about these fresh machines hates them. A few times I have picked my machines to use ahead of time (with my smartphone) before going downstairs because my smartphone reception is awful in the basement. Then I'd search out one or more of the machines are out of order. Just tonight, I picked the dryer I wanted to use, then tried to go downstairs to the basement (the only method to receive down there in my building is the elevator...) but since there was high elevator traffic, I waited about 15 mins. Then I go downstairs, place my clothes in the dryer, and test to hit the button. The machine acts like I never punched it in on my smartphone before going down there. I must have paid about 20 bucks for broken machines. The customer service "reassurance" calls are nice, but that's like spraying perfume on a garbage can without dealing with the trouble at its source.

  Clive Chan: I should have coded a better player interface in an hour. The place selector is unclear, and actually it sometimes charges a various amount of cash than that shown on the washer. Minimum amount you can place in is $20 which is robbery.
