My Party Planner helps you plan parties and happenings. It has five sections: "TO DO", "Guest", "Menu", "Shopping" and "Budget" in addition to general info. It automatically sorts TO DOs by due date/time and allows you to set reminder on them. It also allows you to import guests from contacts on your smartphone and manage RSVPs. While planning the menu, player can enter to-do and shopping stuff for a specific dish. So on the to-do list or shopping List, player can easily see which dish the item is for. Player can also find recipes on the Internet and save the web address for future reference. Â Key features contain: Sorted to-do list shows how long until happening date/time for simple planning Import guests from contacts and fast call/email access within the apk Assign to-do, shopping stuff and guests when planning the menu Fast look up for recipes and save recipe's url for future reference. Make related happening by copying from existing happening Mass copy stuff from one happening to another This lite ver is gratis, but it has Advertisements and it doesn't let players to email/send happenings or set reminders. ***Make batter from Lite to Full app: When you make batter from lite to full, you can use the "Backup and Restore" feature to migrate your data. To backup your lists, begin the lite apk and click on "Menu"->"Backup and Restore"->"Backup" in Routine View. Then click on "Backup" to use the default folder or "Choose Folder" to select various location. Then begin the full ver, click on "Menu"->"Backup and Restore"->"Restore". It will begin default backup place. Select the folder which includes backup files and click on "Restore". If you have selected various backup place, then navigate to that place and click on "Restore". Kathy Gattuso: I've tried a lot of, and this is the best. I switched from an android device to an iPhone a few years ago, and this apk wasn't accessible on the iPhone. I tried like 10 various party apks (even paid for one) and none compared to this one. It's one of the main reasons for getting rid of the iPhone and going back to an android device. I throw a lot of parties throughout the year, and this apk is a godsend. I LOVE it !!

A Google user: i love this apk but it would be good if you should share the happening within the apk with another players. so if i set it up and wish to share with my sister so she doesn't have to set it up from scratch.

A Google user: Nice but lacking I love the apk but I have found 2 things really lacking. 1. No method to backup/transfer happenings to other device (it's a trouble since I just switched phones) 2. A budget section where I can input all my expenses and it will tabulate. Please add these to create this apk good. I would totally pay a bit more if it had the budget tab, the ability to backup and restore!!!

A Google user: I thought I had reviewed it before. Been using for years & it does everything it says. I love the countdown feature & how you can add tasks linked to meal stuff - and now to decor stuff. I had requested a section for decor since I create most of my decorations (I used to hold them in with the meal) which they just added, & a backup feature is now accessible. I use this for my annual Halloween party, which is large, and I couldn't live without it. Help is good - you receive a response to questions right away. Plus, it's so beautiful! Test the gratis ver first, but you'll wish the full ver right away. This one is a keeper!

Betty Price: So far it's good! But I thought if someone else downloads the apk, I should share the happening with them within their apk by using the "Send Happening" option. When I send the happening out, it just sends it all as text, which ends up being type of a crazy amount of text. If you can create this happen, I'm satisfied to give a 5-Star because that solves our family's most necessary need!

Marianna Duff: Loved lite ver but required to send guest list to someone else, so paid to make batter. Firstly, unless I couldn't search how transfer party info from lite ver to this, I retyped all the info just to search, when you send separately guest list it doesn't send smartphone info, which was completely useless.
