Introducing My Storage Manager, an application to manage your storage items. For assist, see https://softwyer.wordpress.com/2017/03/07/storage-freezer-apps/ * Make collections with any level of containers (e.g. shelves, drawers, boxes) and stuff (e.g. mini games, buttons) * Stuff have name, description, quantity and expiry fields. Quantity has simple access buttons to increment and decrement (think taking a bulb out of the box and reducing the item count by one). * Custom Fields in Collections with String or Number types. Custom Fields can be mandatory, optionally shown in the lists and are searchable. Custom Fields also have custom formatting so you can display the values however you like. * Add tags to stuff and filter by mark when searching. * Stuff can have pictures either from the camera direct or via your images collection. * Drag and drop ordering of stuff in a container (use 'Player defined' sort mode) * Present and print a list of stuff that are required to restock a collection - use this for a list of 'wanted' stuff * Find across all stuff. * Print a list of all the stuff in the find * Backup/Export your storage to Google Drive * Cloud based storage so it syncs automagically across your devices. * Invite another players by email to share your collection. They have full access to add/remove stuff and changes are synced almost immediately. (They need to install the apk, of course). This feature will require a subscription in the final release. * Manage players and give them READ, WRITE or ADMIN roles * View public collections that another players have shared * Keep notifications when an item is updated in a collection you are watching * Product scanning by EAN/UPC. It's a bit hit and miss relying on Amazon (UK), UPCItemDB and Fridge to receive info. * Photos loaded from the web if they are detailed in the scan metadata. * Generic framework can be used for collections of anything! We've just released this application and are continually improving it and adding fresh features.
