  Tiffany Grier: Very convenient if it worked properly. When entering a claim it requires a "claimant" to be selected but neither opens a drop-box or allows me to enter text. Because of this I cannot submit a claim defeating the purpose of downloading it. Three customer service calls later they are scratching their head and my cash was out of reach. Please fix.

  Michael K: Better than their site... ... But that's like saying a liver sandwich is better than a turd sandwich. Overall ameriflex is a horrible organization full of incompetence and disdain for their acc holders. They're right up their with the cable company. Sadly if your employer picked them you have no choice and need to deal with their root canal like service. At least this apk makes it a little bit less horrific.

  Michelle Sulzner: Frustrating First time used apk took, 20 days after submitted claim I finally got a response. Took a smartphone call and rep walking it over for review. Next day denial! Just like site, if you submit more than 1 receipt per claim you receive denied. It allows to submit more than one attachment but only accepts first one per rep. So you have to resubmit after denial. Why let to submit more than 1 if not used????

  Michael Apicella: Awful execution This apk is difficult to log into because it requires your username, password, and 2 safety questions each time. There's no confirmation to exit and I log out accidentally all the time. I've entered claims and it posts them to the wrong patient, and the wrong acc. And everytime I test to photograph a receipt, it crashes. I'd rather fill out forms than use this.

  Lucy McGillicuddy: Awful apk! Don't bother downloading. If I should I would've rate this apk ZERO or better yet, NEGATIVE. This joke of an apk wouldn't even allow me receive passed Step 2 when registering. It'll automatically crashes, resets everything and makes me fill out the form all over once more. At first, I thought it was my smartphone acting up but no, I tried filling out the form about twenty more times, at least. And it STILL crashes when I receive to Step 2. I can understand why you guys received such low ratings now. Garbage apk.

  Chris Carrington: Horrible to use, no customer service I've been struggling to receive my cash out for reimbursement for kid care throughout the entire year. Very tiny customer service to assist and it's like pulling teeth to receive MY MONEY. I hate that I am forced to use this company because of my employer. Just terrible.

  Aaron Rhys: Will not present you any alerts This apk is basically non-functional. It has yet to recognize my device. It asks the two safety questions EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. The apk is better looking than the latest one but I would rather it actually work.
