  Stephanie Pumfrey: Should someone please fix the apk, it hasn't been working all week, it is stuck on sign in page at "authenticating". I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is not working. I have also sent emails to report, but no response. However, when the apk is working, and after becoming familiar with the apk, it really is simple and convenient!

  Trinity Mathews: Email code every time you log in is a waste of time. If you have to leave the apk screen to check your email for the code it kicks you off and you have to do it all over once more because the code is invalid. In my case I have to have two devices one to be in apk and one to check my email as to not create code invalid.

  Donald Kotzke: The purpose of a mobile apk is for convenience. It is inconvenient to receive a pin in email form. When I go check my emails from my email apk, the myCare apk closes and I have to begin the login process from the beginning. Including a fresh pin in a fresh email. See the trouble?
