  Danny Garcia: Had some problem latest year with the modernize (minor: historical data wiped, I had a backup). Modernize actually fixed problem with dropping connection mid-workout, so it was worth losing that historic data. Newest problem was apk not seeing my rower. Talked with help, who was fast to answer. Changed the batteries in console and everything has been working. I set annual goals, I like how I can view my past workouts by month so I can see where I'm at. I do want it linked with the MyFitnessPal apk.

  Hugo Desautels: I had to install this since it came with our fresh exercise bicycle. While requiring to have place turned on is not cool, they don't have a choice otherwise Bluetooth wouldn't work. Their help squad however was absolutely good! I have not tried the paid features so I cannot comment on those.

  Amanda K: I have used this apk with my rower for over a year. Most times I have no problems with connecting to the apk on my smartphone. They few times I have had problems, the company customer service is very quick in getting back to me and give me detailed suggestions on how to fix the problem or informing me of an modernize on the works that will fix the trouble. There are lots of good videos avaliable on the apk too!! If you are a casual rower, this apk is excellent!!

  Jim Humphreys: Haveing read some of the reviews I think it will look like I am just repeating what others have said, But hear goes. I first called them about connecting py smartphone, received a answer with fix after two days. So I emailed back about some of the indications on the bicycle, received manual and info the next day. I have contacted company's in this country "UK" and have had to Waite over a week at the best some from 3 years ago I am still waiting for a answer, got fed up asking for it. one company, that I wont name, I paid £54 to have them install and set up something for me. And I ended up having to showing the the so called fitters how to do it . So like a lot of others I have nothing but praise for myCloudFitness.

  Jenny Lange: There are no instructions or any part of apk saying connect equipment. Had to go to there faq section. There could just be an option in the menu.
