About the application:

MyCNAIM is a mobile application, where migrants are able to access info about the different services promoted by ACM, IP, as well as info on the legal framework for entry and stay in Portugal, requests for international safety, access to Portuguese nationality, housing, work, health, education, equivalence and recognition of academic qualifications, learning Portuguese, among another useful info similar to their integration in Portugal. In this method, MyCNAIM Apk aims to bring together the existing services in the National Help Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CNAIM) and in the Local Help Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CLAIM), and the migrant population, through a fresh communication channel. It functions as an alternative or complement to the face-to-face services provided by the High Commission for Migration, facilitating immediate access to info similar to the integration of migrants in Portugal, by people who are in regions of the country where there is no CNAIM and / or CLAIM. Through a georeferencing system, a few places and contacts from various services are also accessible, such as the National Help Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CNAIM), the Local Help Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CLAIM), immigrants associations, employment help offices, among others. Players may also access the Online Portuguese Platform site, the complaint form posted on the site of the Commission for Equality and Versus Racial Discrimination, or the Welcome Kit for Refugees.
