  john doe: Needs to have a monthly, or weekly pass accessible through the apk at the very least. I ride the bus beautiful regularly, and having my bus pass on my smartphone is much more convenient. I purchased a weekly(silver) pass latest week and lost it the next day. I was told there nothing they should do.

  It sucks. You can plan a route sure enough. But for a fresh player to the JTA system it's easier to call the assist line. Because it's difficult to read when the next bus is actually arriving. Any assist would be welcomed. It could be more player interactive.

  Andrew Kane Lacy: Needs more options This apk is alright if you just wish to take only one day worth of trips and don't have a reduced fare option. This apk would be good if you should buy a weekly or monthly pass instead of just a one day pass. In addition, it would be awesome to have reduced fare option for those that qualify.

  Charles Barnes: Accurate apk The apk is awesome for finding what bus to take and when to leave. The issues I have is where the stops are for the connection stops. The next bus apk tells you the stops. It would be better for someone that don't know were they are going to know were to receive off at. Cause a lot of the drivers have attitude if you ask about stops. Plus the add a ticket function takes to long to place it in the system. Did a one day pass and it took 48 hours for it to be posted.

  Teresa Gaskins: Problem with day pass purchase I had a awful experience with purchasing 3 day passes. I purchased them the night before I required to use them and they disappeared out of my ticket manager the next day which resulted in me having to purchase them once more as I was trying to receive on the bus. Luckily I had $24 in my acct. Then I contacted JTA who referred me to other # for star card, those people gave me the same run around FINALLY more than 2 wks later I went to a sup. @ the jax loc. and she got on the smartphone with Dept and refunds were created!!

  Jeremy Hocker: Typical JTA Apk is good at taking your cash. Beautiful awesome at giving you passes. Sucks at directions to receive to a stop, pick up times, and ALWAYS tries to search the route that makes you take the most busses to receive where you wish. Needs report feature for drivers arriving too early.

  Connie Flint: Money grab from a public service?! The route searcher is inaccurate. The map gps is crude. The only part worth a darn is the one day pass. Even then, no optical scanners on the buses to create use of them effectively.

  Iamme notu: I want it was more safe and accurate. This worked ok for a long time. However lately it's been ripping me off. I purchase a ticket and it'll say system error but take the cash out of my acc. When I call they have been awesome about researching and crediting. But if I was in my latest I should have lost my job, etc... Frustrating part is having to spend more by paying money, buying a ticket or catching a ride because I can't load the bus. Even if they credit you the tickets will disappear. Yesterday morning I experienced the same thing once more. I wasn't able to catch the bus and had to pay for a ride to work but the cash came out of my acc. I'm tired of calling about this problem. And the latest time I called the representative was so rude and basically called me a liar about what happened previously. JTA service is horrible and getting worse. Most specialists would appreciate you informing them of system errors so they'll know what to look into. Not JTA it becomes fault of the customer. So on this latest purchase I just call it a lost. A month ago my bank acc was compromised after purchasing a ticket. By the time I created it to my destination my acc was $0. I don't know if there's a connection. But after these problems I've been having with JTA's system and the method that one really rude rep handled the situation, makes me think this should be the cause. Too a lot of times this apk cost me more. Now I'm back to the cards may or may not work after purchasing. Please fix this. Although I'm scared to use it now.

  Gawain Ouronos: The apk is good when it works, which is not often. Currently stuck and about to miss an allotment because it will not access my paid for pass. Every another apk is working (including NextBus, so I can see the buses that I.cannot currently take). Apk is stuck "please waiting" trying to load my pass. Latest time I prepay a ticket with this apk. Lost cash because of inability doesn't sit well, either)

  Downloaded the apk and never used it so i uninstalled it. Now I have some sort of background/tracking of some sort from jtafla on my smartphone that i don't know where its hidden or how to receive rid of it. Just isn't right that something like this even after uninstalled still has a need to access whatever it accesses on your smartphone.
