  Beverley Mynott: This is an perfect apk and so much more than just a to-do list. I have only been using MLO for a few weeks and have found it invaluable for organising tasks and projects, and I love the fact that the everyday view in Android device shows both your tasks and calendar happenings - this is functionality so often missing from planning apks. Sync using the cloud works really well, and you can view your data in lots of various methods. I am still reading the manual and I suspect there is lots of items I am still not using to its full potential, but that is the strength of this apk - you can use it as a easy task list or you can take advantage of its much more strong functionality.

  Joel Richard: Pay attention to this one guys. It is a step above what most task managers can do. This apk, paired with the PC application is excellent for all aspects of my task management. The customization capabilities offered by MLO are what create this shine. I would like to see a Chrome Add-on for fast task creation based on the page begin on the browser.

Quite frankly, most tasks really consists of sub-tasks so it makes excellent sense to manage them using MLO. My want list: a. Want some customisation should be done on colour schemes. b.   A Google user: Just a fast edit to say everything I said method back in 2012 is still real but now the interface is much better. To dos often become projects with multiple levels of complexity and dependency's, "I can't do this till that is complete", place, and multiple another contexts then there is not better organizer than MLO. MLO's true strength is its ability to simultaneously break tasks down into tree form and cross reference stuff with who, what, where, why,..... and any another context that is necessary to you.

  Mark Curry: Been looking for a awesome task manager for literally years. I tried Wunderlist, ToodleDo, ToDoist, and a few others. What I was really looking for was infinite subtasks, a powerful outlining function, dependencies, notes, and seamless integration across desktop, smartphone, and smartphone. I really required a lightweight method to develop and manage multiple little projects. MLO finally gave me all of that. It allows me to be as easy or complex as I need to be. It's simple and intuitive to use right out of the box, but has deep features. It's not gratis, but it's cheap for what it is. It's well thought out, highly developed, and still simple to use. Highly suggested if you're looking for a task manager to manage actual work.

  A Google user: I've used the desktop ver of My Life Organized for years. The Android device ver is just as good. And it integrates perfectly with MLO desktop. UPDATE: I've been living with the Android device MLO for a few months now and my initial opinion has not changed. The application itself is well behaved. Integration with the desktop application thru the cloud sync service is simple and easy. I own MLO Professional, MLO Andriod and maintain a subscription to the Cloudsync service. I consider all three well worth the cash!
