  Vikram Ati: Of the a lot of apks I use for IoT devices in my house, the MyNeato apk makes the setup experience frictionless and streamlined. The OTA modernize process took about 5 mins, but nevertheless, painless and trouble gratis. I was able to begin controlling my Robot within seconds of opening the apk after setup. Well done on the intuitive UI/UX design.

  Roy Kim: It works... beautiful awesome.. but allow me tell you the best part of this apk. Literally, this apk cured my depression, stopped my snoring, and created me able to do a handstand. "Why?", you may ask. It is because of the secret relaxation mode. Click the play button, play the jingle of happiness and then the robot will release the motor of calm (eco mode for environment motor sounds and turbo mode for maximum relaxation).

  Sean Frischmann: Raised to 3 stars since they added multi place cleaning. Still needs better no go lines, room detection, and multiple floors. It relies too much on the base. Add features offered by Roborock and neato would be be a 5 star vacuum.

  Ron D: I had the D8, but I got rid of it because the battery is method too little, ...it took 7 hours to vacuum my home because it required to go back and recharge 3 times to finish my 1920 sq ft home. I now have the D10, it has the biggest battery out of the 3 fresh models, (D8, D9, D10), and it's able to vacuum my home on the first charge. You will be disappointed with the little battery in the D8, ...select either the D9 or D10 models. Neato has sent out 3 ver upgrades since I've had my D10.

  Chris McDonald: Still doesn't help multiple map, so what's the point in no-go zones unless I wanna do the same thing every time. Stupid. Items is weirdly hidden in the apk, seems like I can never search the buttons for doing items with the no-go zones. It doesn't crash? I guess that's awesome. The maps are functional. None of that is because of the apk though. Got this thing over 6 months ago and still missing primary features.

  Matt: Too a lot of bugs and lacks primary features. If your WiFi includes non-standard heroes, you wil not be able to connect which is an extreme oversight by the devs. Also, waiting on multiple map help, otherwise zones are useless when it comes to moving it to various floors. Definitely feels like it's created by people who don't use it. Customer help are also awful, borderline passive aggressive as they genuinely don't seem to care about the customer (rep named Jason).

  j israelsen: This apk is unfortunately a downgrade from the initial apk. The largest negative that I can see is that the cleaning zones are only allowed to have four corners that you drag and drop. In the previous neato apk, you should custom- draw the zones, so you should have irregular zones. For my house, this is necessary, because I have rooms that jet off of another rooms that I wish included in the same cleaning place.

  alex mcdonald: I really wish to like the D8 vacuum, but the apk makes it really difficult to. We have been waiting over a year now for multi maps. the no go lines are hard to manage when you can only create a box with them and can't even rotate the box at the very least. I want we should just draw our own lines. Without the multi maps, the no go lines are a joke. I'm hoping they add more functions to the apk to catch up with how well the vacuum can perform.

  Dillen: Apk works ok unless you wish to contact help. The help chat function deletes the conversation, or doesn't go back to the conversation, each time you go back to the main screen to look at the apk or if you begin an apk on the side. It is impossible to see what was said before and I couldn't answer anymore.

  Danielle Hines: Love my old D7 and the old apk. Got a fresh D9, the fresh apk is method less player friendly, and super annoying to not have backwards compatibility to run my old robot off the same apk (have to have 2 separate Neato apks now). No go zones we're method better in old apk to gratis draw lines, not every no go place is a excellent square or rectangle, it won't even allow you rotate it to line up with a doorway. Hope the developers fix this, it's a major flaw and step back from the old apk.

  Patrick Liem: Setting it up needed some assist from help (Neato servers where not accessible, password restart link did not work) Once setup, everything is working properly. However... No help for multiple maps (yet?) and no method of rotating your map, which is frustrating as the zones can only be placed as squares. Is there any indication when these functions will be implemented?

  Daniel S: Can't use my vacuum without internet. The future is stupid. Also, the apk doesn't help multiple maps. Who lives on a single floor and can afford a Neato? Also, no matter what cleaning mode I set in the apk, the robot uses Eco mode for cleaning. This is a beautiful useless apk.

  Mike Fin: Avoid buying a neato... both of their apks have major problems. If you are determined to buy one though, at least receive the D8. The company has completely stopped supporting models before that by creating this fresh apk. They totally should help the older models in this fresh apk but they just chose not to. They will likely hold doing this to create bots obsolete. So buy a D8, but just know, in a year or so, they won't help it anymore...

  Mathijs Verstraete: Potential, but some crucial functionalities missing. Have a D9 up and running. 1) the plotted map always turns out a bit angled. So due to the limitation of setting no go zones in square boxes, its difficult to align them with the map. 2) no go zones could be able to have irregular shapes 3) routines: when I problem a routine I can only choose one place, not multiple zones. I also would like to be able to choose multiple zones and allow the robot do a specific place 2 times, or in a various clean mode (eco versus turbo depending on the place) 4) Lack of spot cleaning. I used this a lot on my neato e75 (very old model). but I do miss this.

  Dawn Myers: Since I got this modernize, i.have been unable to tag no go zones. Setting these zones is done in a square shape and the map it keeps creating is on an angle. I cannot set the zones in a diamond.

  Matt: The robot works good, it's the apk that can't hold up. I constantly receive kicked off the apk and I have to restart password. The link they send in email isn't click able, and the only method to contact customer service on the apk is to sign in..

  Cory Hillmann: Why there is even an option to choose cleaning modes is beyond me... No matter what I choose the Botvac will only use Max mode every time. If I choose Eco because I'm home and wish a quiet touch up, forget about it. Full power! Whether it's an apk problem or a Botvac firmware problem, idk. I tried the restart Botvac fix to no avail. However, I like that I can make a place within a place and choose multiple zones per run so I can basically create a double, even triple pass in high traffic places.
