  Benjamin Barr: Worked perfectly for me I've had to outages, one where a truck hit a pole, and other where the main breaker blew on the complex, reported both via the apk. They showed up in a few hours for one problem and it was solved immediately. The breaker was a various story but that has more to do with getting a fresh breaker then PSE. My only complaint is that the apk is super limited. Want I should pay my bill and check my acc from it as well.

  Mike Carlile: Concern I'm sure this is just a definition trouble but both Malwarebytes and Avast identify this as Malware. I requested the dev to post an MD5 so we can verify the apk has not been tampered with until the trouble is resolved but can "suggest" it until then. Don't be fooled that apks can't be Malware because they are in the play shop. Google scans millions of apks everyday and you just can never catch them all.

  David Callender II: Road lights It would be good to be able to report road lights that are out from the apk. When I'm out walking I can do it then. And it would also be good to be able to scan the bar codes on the poles of the out road lights.

  Matthew Harris: Better than nothing during an outage It shows the map of outages from the site, and it shows the current status of your home's outage. It's worth installing for the duration of an outage. But I wouldn't hold it installed the rest of the time. Ver 1.0.0 of the apk isn't very polished. It shows an annoying "myPSE is running" notification while the apk is running. Ideally the apk would use push notifications to notify me whenever there is an modernize on an outage for my home (an outage starts, the estimated completion time is updated, the outage ends).

  Thomas Cook: Helpful but.. It's a very helpful apk to see the status of outages and to see if yours has been reported. Of course the estimated times are wrong but it's nice knowing a time frame, give a couple hrs. But it would be nice to have a legend to easily identify which symbol pins mean what. The largest negative is you can't just report an outage without an acc, this apk has a better review score than the actual company though which is a plus. Very helpful for the monthly-multiple a week outages.
